Our story

Where the name came from.

Cognito Capital began as DeBank Enterprise. Incorporation rules here in Ireland meant we could not carry that name forward, so we became Cognito Capital, and the new name said more about us anyway.

Cognito for knowledge and information. Capital for the place it all gathers: the hub of everything you need to build and run a business in the age of AI.

The purpose never changed. Help entrepreneurs, whether they are eighteen with an idea or twenty years into a career, actually harness what AI can do. We are people who like building many things at once, so we made a group that could.

Where we are going

Europe's first stop for building a business, and building it with AI.

In the next three to five years we intend to be the number one place in Europe to start and incorporate a company and adopt AI. Built for financial freedom seekers, including the eighteen and nineteen year olds who want to start something and have no idea where to begin. This is where they begin.
